Sanna Namin is a Swedish/Iranian multidisciplinary artist originally from Stockholm, based in London. Their artistic endeavors encompass a diverse range of mediums within the visual arts, including sculpture, performance, fashion, and costume. Their practice navigates the intersection of identity politics, working through the conflict and challenges by figuring new forms, free of historic or inherited conceptions and assumptions. Blurring the boundaries between art and fashion, by body-building wearable sculptures interrogating the possibility of material properties and compositions of stretch fabrics, foam, and metal.
